Originally from Las Vegas, I spent over a decade in the medical field, teaching and working in various clinical roles before realizing it was time to follow a different calling. With a medical background, stepping into aesthetics opened my eyes to the gaps in lash education and the importance of safety, quality, and intention. From that moment, I committed myself to becoming not only a reputable lash artist, but also an educator dedicated to raising the standard of our industry. I’m an insured, multi-state licensed aesthetician, multi-certified master lash artist, and internationally accredited lash educator. Lash Narrative was originally located in Southern Illinois and St. Louis, and is now proudly located in Raleigh and Wilson, NC. But beyond titles and credentials, my work is about people. For more than 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of my clients’ lives through all kinds of moments — the busy ones, the joyful ones, and the challenging ones. I don’t take that trust lightly. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, not pressured; cared for, not processed. Whether you’re coming in for lashes or stepping into a career in lash artistry, I hope your time here feels like an exhale. I look forward to being part of your lash narrative. ⸻ POLICIES These policies are in place to protect the time, care, and preparation that goes into every appointment. I value flexibility and understanding, and I also appreciate your help in honoring the time reserved specifically for you. ⸻ DEPOSITS • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. • All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled service. • If a reschedule or cancellation occurs, the deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Life happens, and I completely understand. When something unexpected comes up, please communicate as soon as you’re able — it truly helps me care for everyone’s time. To maintain fairness and ensure my schedule stays sustainable, the following policies apply: 24+ Hours Notice • You may cancel or reschedule without an additional fee. • Your deposit remains non-refundable but will transfer to the new appointment. Less Than 24 Hours Notice • A 75% cancellation fee of the scheduled service (not including the deposit) will be charged. Less Than 8 Hours Notice or “No Show” • A 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-show clients may be restricted from booking future appointments. ⸻ FULL SET RESCHEDULING POLICY Full sets require extended appointment time and preparation, so a stricter policy applies: One-Time Courtesy Reschedule • You may reschedule once within three (3) months of your original appointment and keep your deposit. Multiple Reschedules or Rescheduling Outside 3 Months • The deposit will be forfeited. • A new deposit will be required to secure another date. Full Set Cancellation/Reschedule Fees • 72+ hours’ notice: Deposit is forfeited; no additional fee. • Less than 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited + 75% of the remaining service cost. • Less than 8 hours or No Show: Deposit is forfeited + 100% of the scheduled service fee. ⸻ THANK YOU Thank you for understanding these policies and for helping me maintain a space that honors both your time and mine.
